The students who qualified for October's Fun Friday had a great time doing "Pumpkin Math."  We estimated all of our measurements first, then found the weight, circumference, diameter, height, and number of seeds in the pumpkin.  We also looked at the correlation between the number of lines on the pumpkin and the number of seeds.  The pumpkins were then raffled off and sent home to six lucky students.
